View a notebook in SharePoint

This page shows you how to make a notebook viewable within a SharePoint site. This is essentially pointing a page viewer webpart at the notebook URL. The instructions below tell you how to do this.

Go to your SharePoint home page (or the page you want host the notebook on)
  • You will need editor permissions

In the top-right corner, drop down "Site Actions" and click "Edit Page"

Click the "Add a Web Part" button

  • Be sure to clear out unecessary web parts (including columns) to make room on the page

In the list of Web Parts, scroll to the "Miscellaneous" section and choose "Page Viewer Web Part"

Click the "open the tool pane" link

Configure the Web Part

  • The the display to Web Page
  • Change the link to point at the exported html file
  • Expand the "Appearance" portion
    • Set the desired height of the web part (ie. "700 Pixels")
    • Auto fit doesn't seem to work...
  • Click "OK" at the bottom of the tool pane

Click "Exit Edit Mode"
