  1. Export OneNote book to new folder
  2. Change all occurances of .mht in the new folder created in Step #1 to .html  (see notes)
  3. Use MHTML Converter to convert notebook page files from MHT to HTML
  4. Move the newly create HTML files up one directory level (i.e. move from "pageX" up to "X" directory)
  5. Repeat Step #2 & 3 for each tab in the notebook
  6. For each page with images, change the name of the folder created by the MHTML converter from "pageX" to "pageX_files"

Notes:  I use CoffeCup HTML editor and it allows you to pick a folder and replace text within that folder (and all subfolders).  Make other HTML edits as needed.  For example, if you have links in the notebook you can use the HTML editor to add the target="_blank" tag to it opens to a new site.

The webview.html file will now work in Firefox
